BARREL RACE/MOUNTED SHOOT
AT W/B arena 1640 county road B Swanton Ohio
SATURDAY, JANUARY 30TH
$2 gate fee for spectators
EXPO BARRELS 9:00 TO 11:00 $5 PER RUN
Contestants are asked to wear pink clothing /tack (Mattie’s Favorite color!)
NBHA/CMSA DRESS CODE PLEASE!
4D JACKPOT BARRELS TO START AT 11:30
Entry fee $25 60% payback 40% to Mattie
Entry booth/ Auction are cash only please!
MAIN MATCH: ENTRY FEE $15 PER RIDER
70% to Mattie 20% to 1st place team 10% to 2nd place team
Teams: 1 barrel racer/ 1 Shooter drawn from hats to form team.
CALCUTTA: each team will then be auctioned off to the highest
bidder. Spectators/riders are to bid on the team that they think will
win! Money from Calcutta will be split 70% to Mattie 30% to hi
bidder of winning team. Every one is welcome to participate in the
auction!
Immediately after auction is complete Barrel racer team members will run in
order that they sold. After Barrel runs are finished Mounted Shooter team
mate will run 1 stage. 5 sec penalty for knocked over barrel or missed
balloon. Barrel run time combined with Shooter time fastest team wins
50-50 raffles will be a contest between Barrel Racers and Shooters! Each
will conduct 1 drawing. So make sure you support your favorite event!
Food stand provided by CUSTERS COWBOYS mounted shooters club all
proceeds go to Mattie
Stalls available: $20 for day ($10 returned for cleaned out stall)
